Can someone who has been to the Cape May Clambake recently confirm that a Prime Rib carving station is available.

I have a friend going to WDW next month and her in-laws do not eat seafood or pork. However, prime rib will work. Need to know if it's always there.

Thanks!

Yes. They do have prime rib. It's even on the menu(from 7/07) on allearsnet. :)

It's more like roast beef, sliced thin, but tasty. The ribs are fall off the bone tender there and I love the corn chowder! This reminds me I need to make an ADR!

Yes, I saw that on the menu at allearsnet.com, but it says it's a sample menu, so I was trying to determine if it's always on the menu.

Thanks for the response!

Sounds good.

I myself will be there next week, and I will be enjoying the seafood, the ribs and the beef, not to mention all the other goodies. Obviously, I will be able to tell her if the prime rib is there once I experience it myself next week, however, she needs to make an ADR immediately.

Thanks everyone!

We missed Cape May last trip but have it scheduled for our next in December. One of my favorites and I stick to a salad (sometimes) and about 4 or 5 plates of clams, mussels, red skin potatoes, and corn on the cob....that's it. And if I want dessert, I get another plate of clams, mussels, redskin potatoes, and corn on the cob.:)

Sorta sound like my 7 year old DD!! LOL She can sit and eat plates and plates full of clams. Yuck!! But she loves the things and has for years. I showed her a picture of the clams at the Cape May Buffet and her eyes twinkled. :rotfl:

Her and DH are going to that one for dinner one night while I take our 14 month old DD to the Garden Grill instead. :rotfl2:
