The flower novice is back

I have a package of 80 2 -2.25 inch flowers in a yellow and white mix. This would be 8 per person. Is this good?

I have a package of 120 2 inch pink mix (light, medium and dark) flowers, so 12 per person here

And if I can add a 3rd group, I have 168 plastic glittered flowers by making memories, black & pink mix. These are varying sizes from 2+ inches to itty bitty.

Now I have receipts for all of this, so if it is not appropriate please let me know and I'll return it and order on-line ASAP

Mazda, I just looked at the first page and my one of the colors listed for my Group 2 flowers in incorrect. I've got pink, hot pink, and lime flowers. No blue!!!

I was trying to do this at work earlier and it wouldn't let me! Anyway, all updated now and I've moved Queenie to Gp 3 as I thought otherwise it might be a bit too much pink for some in one group.

Group 2-Got Flowers? Studio 24C, Dark and Light Pink, Turquoise, and Yellow
Group 3-Daisy Crazy, Victoria, Fuschia, Blue, Orange, and Yellow

Quick question for our hostess and the swappers in group 3. . . I have just received a bunch (more than I will ever use) of the new Prima Felt flowers. Would those be ok for the swap? If so, please sign me up for a spot in group 3. They are various colors, so each person would get a variety!

I really like the felt flowers. I'm okay with other than "paper" flowers. I think the ones I have are silk-like, I'm sure they aren't real silk.

Its all grist to my mill I've got some silky ones and felt ones in a kit recently and I love them all I think "prima" is used here for "flowers" like "hoover" is used for "vacuum cleaner"

Where are y'all finding your flowers? None of my LSS have them for good prices and I can't find a good selection online. I'm getting frustrated and could use some pointers.

I got mine in the Januarys sales - talk about planning ahead A Cherry on Top is pretty good, I also use Little Scrapbox and Scrappindeals.

Another option is register on UKScrappers (we're democratic, we even let Americans sign up ) and go to the "Shop til you drop" forum and ask who has primas, then get them to post to me so you only pay postage one way. But be prepared to at the prices

Don't try to send them direct from a US store though as it will cost you an arm and a leg! (why isn't there a smiley for that? )

Shockingly, I saw some at Michaels yesterday! They were on an endcap, on the fixture where one side is the seasonal Martha stuff. They were the milk bottles with the flowers with words on them. And I think they had some of the little sprites boxes.

When Recollections closed, they sent everyone on their mailing list a survey about what companies/products we wanted to see at Michaels, and Prima was on my list, so I guess they listened. Now I just have to wait for the Bazzill to show up .

Michaels is starting to carry Primas now. They allow coupons for them. There is a 4-Hour Madness sale tonight from 4-8 p.m. If you have the coupon for that sale (25% of entire purchase, including sale stuff, with the normal exclusions), you might be able to use the regular 40% coupon as well at the extra 25% off. That would be a deal!

Not all Michaels have them in stock yet though. I learned of this from the cricut board. Someone posted a picture of all the colors she got too.
