From searching through the forums, it seems as if there is a general consensus that The Timeshare Store is the way to go as far as resales go. However comparing their price/point to the thread on ROFR makes it seem as if they are about $10/point higher than a lot of the prices going through ROFR. Am I missing something? Would greatly appreciate any input on good prices for Boardwalk Villas, and where to buy.
Thanks

As with any real estate transaction the listing price is subject to negotiation which is why the listing price you see is different than the actual sales price.

I am also new, so take what I have to say with a grain of salt. Prices are negotiable, and once the price is agreed, it then has to pass ROFR. We're looking to buy but on no timeline, so are in the process of offering, but starting very low to see what the sellers will tolerate. My thought is I have time on my side, and no current plans to visit WDW so can wait for the right price/location. There seems to be some thought that resale prices may continue to fall as well, FWIW. Hope that helps! :)

Timeshare Store has prices that the buyer would like to get, but not what you have to offer. If you make an offer the broker will take the offer to the seller. Only the seller can say if the price is good.if they accecpt your offer, then you need to pass ROFR before you finally get the great price.
