We are going in 21 days to Disney. It's our first trip. I was wondering how much are the Mickey ear hats, and the special birthday ear hats? Are they cheaper online anywhere? And the autograph books, are they cheaper online that at Disney?

I seen a few people post about a outlet store near Disney , we are staying at pop, how far is this outlet store and how much does it cost to get there?

Even if you can get the Mickey hats at the Outlet store, you won't be able to get them personalized, so you may want to get those in the parks.

As for the autograph books, you can use any autograph book you want, it doesn't have to be Disney, so you can pick one up at Walmart if you wish.

Check out disneystore.com and look under the park specific merchandise, its a good place to start looking at prices.

Unless you have a long trip planned I wouldn't waste time and money getting to the outlet. Unless you plan on buying a lot of stuff I can't see how it would be worth it. Time is money after all ;)

buy ears at parkthink last pair was 30, auto books we buy at walmart etc they will run you about 15 to 25 in parks

There are SO many hats at Disney. I want to say I think we paid around $18 for our hats 3 years ago, but then it was an additional $5 or so to have the name added. So, after tax, around $30 is a fair guestimet. You can get hats elsewhere, but nothing else would have the wide range of hats to choose from.

Regular, classic Mickey ears are $13.95 on the Disney Store website. I would guess they're around the same price in the park.

I like buy the Minnie headband ears, which range from about $15-25 in the parks, from what I've seen.

I agree! The prices vary on the hats, if you want them personalized I think it's $5. The autograph books aren't that much and make a great keepsake, we always got ours at the giftshop at our hotel when we checked in.

I think the larger autograph books that have the place to insert a photo are around $12 but the smaller, basic ones are under $10. But then you add a matching pen if your child wants it and that might be another $5. Can't remember what we ended up paying for hats. Maybe $20? But those were not basic hats.

Different Ears start at $13.95 and go up from there. Personalization start at about $3. Autograph books start at $7.95 for the basic blue WDW with lots of pages (no photo pages though) and can run up to $19.95 for the different books that have less pages but will also hold photos. A pen is about $4.

We got autograph books on close out at Michaels. Then the girls personalized them with stickers (also Michaels). IIRC, we had less than $4 in each when it was said & done.
