We have a PL reservation for a 3 star property inFort Myers. Most of the reports on Trip Advisor would only rate it a 1. Complaints of dirty rooms, mold and very poor front desk service. I have been trying to contact PL with my concerns but have not been successful. Does anyone have a contact number that works. I have used PL a number of times and know the rules. We once got a property that was a real fire trap and they refunded us.

If I went to the hotel and encountered problems, then I would complain.

Negative reviews on Trip Adviser doesn't count as a problem that would merit a refund. You have to experience them for yourself.

Thanks, that is what my plan was, I will take pictures if anything is as bad as reported. We aren't expecting luxury, just clean and safe.
