Priceline - kiosk

If you have an Alamo car through Priceline can you use the kiosk?

I've heard both instances, where the kiosk worked and didn't work (and you needed to see an agent).

we were able to use the Kiosk both times no problem

I've used the kiosk three times with a Priceline reservation without any problems.
