Does anybody have any tips for me for using Hotwire and Priceline? I seem to be finding some good deals, but I don't want to book a hotel and then find out it doesn't have transportation to and from the parks. If you book a package it tells you which hotel it is, but for a room only reservation it does not. Has anyone taken the chance before? How has it worked out for you? Tell me Tell me...I really would rather stay onsite, but it's not looking like financially we are going to be able to do that. We aren't going until probably September, so maybe by then some codes will be out for that time, but, in the mean time, let me know any tips you might have for me!
Thanks

Go over to www.biddingfortravel.com and www.betterbidding.com and look at the lists of hotels people have gotten. I am sure that at the Resort level all the Disney area hotels have some type of shuttle.

Keep in mind the shuttle might not be free so you might need to consider then when bidding.

I use Priceline quite often and Hotwire occassinally if I can figure out the hotel. Hotwire is more expensive in my experience.

That said I am VERY flexible and always rent a car.

I was lucky enough to get the Swan last Thanksgiving using hotwire for $89 a night. I was very happy. :)
