I’ve been seeing these, but I haven’t seen any Disney properties listed like this yet, even when I know one is a Disney property. At least not yet anyway...

I saw a Pricebreaker offer that was guaranteed to be one of three listed properties, and all three were Disney Deluxe resorts. I got cold feet, due to the no changes/no cancellation terms. Otherwise, I would have jumped on it.

That sounds pretty cool about the 3X Disney Resorts.
We also can not use Express Deals very often because we need refundable rates.
My mother in law is elderly and often has issues that require us to be available here in town.

What dates are you looking for? I can see some for end of January on Priceline, they even appear to have a few club level, or lagoon view deluxe resorts.

Honestly any weekend between next weekend & the end of February. I'd like to check out the Festival of the Arts, but I'm solo traveler so a club level resort would probably be out of my price range. However, I'm literally pulling up nothing when I look, the entire area is greyed out. ETA: I'd prefer Friday-Sunday, so I can sneak out of work early Friday and fly home Sunday night.

I'd like to know what dates you found AKL at, please! I'm hoping to visit AKL basically any weekend in February or March, but have never seen it on weekend dates. Wondering if they're really only looking to fill weekdays -- would love to hear otherwise.

Sadly, no weekends found but I'd keep checking as things keep changing. Some of these deals show up only if you search multiple days starting with the beginning of the window, so worth sliding your dates around if you are flexible; new things may appear.

Also in case anyone hasn't mentioned when looking for Pricebreakers, it seems I get the most Disney results when using the area Lake Buena Vista

I am mostly seeing just that, deluxe resorts or AoA. I do see other availability when I use mobile Web, mobile app, and laptop/traditional desktop. It’s weird some things don’t show on either platform! Maybe try a different device and see if anything might pop up. I’m sorry I am not much help!
