priceline car rentals

is the price u get on priceline w/or w/o coupons, and can u use coupons after u get the price? thanks! total newbie at this priceline stuff, and don't want to end up car-less!

Coupons do not enter the picture at all with Priceline. You are pre-paying for the entire rental. If you read the rules at Priceline's website, I think it's pretty clear how it works.
