Priceline Car Rental ????

Without going into too much detail about why I need to know this...

...Can I book a Priceline car rental in my sister-in-law's name but put it on my credit card? We will both be present to pick it up, but she will be the one driving it. There is a "backstory" to our situation, but this is my question in a nutshell.

The primary driver's name must match the credit card used to secure the rental (not the Priceline purchase, per se, but the card given at check-in).
