That sounds like a great price. What is the final estimated price including taxes and fees?

The total came to $125..71 w/taxes & fees for the midsize. That was a saving of more than $50 with the reservation I had made through Alamo's website and that was for a compact. I'm very happy with the price I got.

I also got tired of playing with the codes and decided to try Priceline. I was able to get a midsize for $12/day for 8/12-8/19 with Alamo. Only 25 days to go.

I got tired with messing with the codes as well. I booked a minivan for $24 a day via Priceline. It's an Alamo vehicle. With the Southwest Dollar code, I had a booking for a total of $425 and managed to save $65 off of that reservation, so I'm happy. This is for 11 days in September, btw.

i hope i did ok. I was excited about my price of $11.00 a day for an economy. Till i saw someone got a midsize for a dollar more. but for $166.00 for 10 days is not that bad.

WOW! With all these great prices maybe I should just rent a car too! Can you ask for a co. with an office on disney property? I would love to get a car to go from POFQ to Cape Canaveral on the day we sail to get there earlier. Do any of you use a rental inside WDW -- how much is it to park?

Priceline's "Name Your Own Price" is limited to airports only. You can book a car directly from Alamo or National for your date and pick up at the Dolphin or the Car Care Center near the MK. Or, you might be able to book with Entrerpise and they will usually pick you up for free (double-check with the local non-airport Orlando office). If you are a guest at a Disney resort parking at the resort and all parks is free.

Yeah! just got Alamo full size for the last week of August including Labor Day for $14. Or $20.25 with taxes. At this rate I decided to keep it while we are staying on Disney for the convenience.
