I'm a 20 year old college student looking for a cheap place to stay in disney the night prior to when I check in to participate in the Disney World College Program. I figured priceline would be the place to get a cheap rate and a decent hotel. However, priceline states that you must be 21 years old in order to use their service. Now, I have been on many a vacation to Disney (stayed in the Sheraton Safari and Radisson Resort Parkway in previous years) and have never had a problem checking into a hotel, since I was at least 18. I know some states have laws which require you to be 21 to stay in a hotel. I learned this the hard way on my last drive to Disney (from NY), attempting to check in to a hotel in West Virginia (I believe) at 11 p.m. who said I was out of luck because of a state law. Anyways, can I ignore this requirement if I can stay at just about any hotel that I would get with a 3* rating in this area at age 20?

I dont know which one it is exactly, the one at DTD I believe but they are doing a rate of $20.03 through september, you have to call direct to ask for it... HTH, Steph
