we got the travel details etc thru and the price break down of the hoilday but this is my first family hoilday with my children, my question is it says fixed child price on ro meal plan £329.00 unit price total price 329.00 what does it mean ?

Can you supply more details - like who you booked with, was it a package?

"ro meal plan" would refer to the a "room only meal plan", this is the norm for hotel accomodation in the US.
Package holidays to other destination would probably have half board or full board meal plans.
