Price Question

I have gotton 2 quotes for a 7 night cruise for July 2004, for Category 10. There is about a $500.00 difference between the quotes and both are from Disney experienced agencies that I have gotten from these boards. Just wonder what can make such a big difference. The best price was from Berwick travel. I wonder if anyone has used them?

One of the differences might be travel insurance.
