Price Management Change

I heard that recently Price management is no longer in charge of the housing complexes and that Lincoln Management has taken over. Anyone who is down there now, have you felt the difference yet? can you tell if is better under this new management? or is it still too early to tell? Just curious as a CP hopeful. Thanks for any input.

I just moved in today for my 3rd program there doesnt seem to be all that much different but the kitchens are better stocked and there is a checklist of what should be in the apartment that you have to fill out and give to them that i dont remember doing before. Im seeing some of the same security people and the paperwork was the same.

I think the change in management took place on August 1.

If there are any significant changes to policies and procedures, they probably won't happen for awhile.

But the Disney rules will still be in place.

I don't know how Lincoln will be with a Disney property, but...

I just spent the last week with my brother looking for apartments in Kansas City and 2 of the properties were managed by Lincoln. I really liked those apartments and liked the people they had working for them. My brother picked a different apartment complex, but I would've picked a Lincoln property!
