While walking around Virtual Magic Kingdom tonight I came across a fellow member that had obtained the "Tomorrowland Flying Saucer Retro Pin (1/5)". This limited edition pin has not been released yet and will probably be released this upcoming weekend. To protect the vmk member I have removed their member name from this picture.

no way! are you kidding! that ride lasted so short a time!

yeah, but I loved it and I still have fond memories of it. I'm looking forward to getting this pin. (Unless of course, it is an insane amount of credits)

That is a really cute pin. I just hope that it isn't 2,000 credits. They have been doubling each week.

Yes, let's revolt. First we dis members will buy up all the pins, and then we will buy as many campfires as we can, and, using crates, we will build a huge bonfire and burn the pins! Down with pin inflation! LOL

Gee, that pin is cool.

But I'll bet that person really wanted to obtain the Fireworks Magic and
Submarine pin but couldn't. :teeth:

Cool pin. I don't think I've every heard of that ride, but it's a really cool pin!

It is a cool pin I hope I can rack up enough credits today to get it tomorrow...but that is if we don't have a price increase if we do I will be pushing it to get it Sunday, darn dial up!

Maybe I can find CapeCad and DoomCookie and they will play fireworks with me. I only need 3 more wins to move on up to level 2! And that means more credits.

Ok, Maybe I am just out there somewhere, but that ride is pretty cool...Obviously, Not themed like many disney rides have been but I love that. Reminds me of those floating bumber car boats you would find at water parks. I have never heard of this ride myself only going to Walt Disney World, but it looks like a pretty cool ride.

Thanks for the link Mal...

Nice pin!!!

We never had that ride at WDW...Not that I know of....

My Dad went on the Flying Saucers when he was a kid. Apparently, he didn't weigh enough to keep the Saucer weighted down properly, and he said that it used to bounce back and forth. Sideways whiplash!! Wish it still existed, but imagine the lawsuits!!

Thanks for that link, Mal. I've never seen such a ride in real life, but do remember seeing it on Roller Coaster Tycoon. LOL!
