So, we went in January for a few chilly days (chilly for Florida anyways). When we went down there, I couldn't believe I was JUST missing the 50th anniversary party! Although dh and I have been many, many times, we've never gone twice in the same year. This time, however, I was NOT going to be denied! So, this is going to be our trip of "firsts" and hence the title. Yes, we have been there more than anywhere else in the World. Yes, I know the ins and outs of WDW like my own backyard.
BUT, we decided to do all the things we have never done:
1. go to wdw on my birthday
2. actually stay in deluxe resorts (2 - thanks to dvc point rentals!)
3. Go to the Epcot Wine and Food Festival
4. Go to Mickey's Halloween Party
5. Actually go see Fantasmic
6. Eat at the Brown Derby (Fantasmic Dinner Package)
7. Eat at Rose and Crown
8. Do the Segway Tour of the World Showcase
9. Do the Keys to the Kingdom Tour
10. Ride Soarin'
11. Go to Typhoon Lagoon
12. Use Magic Express - and we already got our tix!
and although not Disney, go to the
Universal Halloween Horror Nights.
Only 18 days left -- YIPPY! :thewave:
