I first had Mike and then edited it to say Sully. I shouldn't have second guessed myself. Sorry, I haven't watched the movie in a while.

I posted this in another thread but this thread seems to be the designated "updates" thread so I'll just put my summary here.I've been following this a bit and here's what has officially been announced or shown so far. ----AS OF 8:26 PM on 4/25----

• Seven Dwarfs Mine Train Construction is behind (only 60% complete) and they're shooting for a spring 2014 official opening
• Princess Fairytale Hall construction is also well underway and that location should be opening sometime before November 2013.
• The Monsters University versions of Mike & Sully will be appearing daily at DHS this summer
• New Monsters University-themed entertainment will be coming to the parks along with the already-running Monsterail
• Monsters Inc. Laugh Floor will be slightly updated with some new jokes

That's all for now but I'll keep updating it throughout the next day. I'd expect quite a few more small announcements like the opening dates for the Adventurers Outpost (new indoor DAK character greeting area), Wilderness Explorers game, A Pirate's Adventure - Legend of the Seven Seas game, additional details about Cars Masters Weekend (which may be why Lightning McQueen has apparently made his way to the event; DON'T EXPECT A CARS LAND ANNOUNCEMENT). Most of this stuff I think we'll see announced tomorrow, but tonight there's a huge press event at Epcot where they're turning Spaceship Earth into Mike from Monsters Inc. My guess is that the "big announcement" that will be coupled with that will be the 24-hour May 24 day at MK but that's purely a guess.

Very true. Actually, I just got into an argument w/ someone on Twitter about this. I'm admittedly going into this announcement w/ low expectations. Who knows maybe they'll WOW me? Regardless, we'll find out about the 24-hour day in 2 minutes.

24-hour day at MK, DCA, and Disneyland Park. Mike (and even Sully) made his expected appearance. At tomorrow's breakfast, George K will talk a bit more about other summer fun.

For those who weren't watching just now, the 24-hour day on May 24th was confirmed - 6 AM to 6 AM. It will not be a hard-ticket event and will occur at MK and both DL/DCA. Mike & Sully are set to make an appearance and there will supposedly be "exclusive" food & drink offered.

I, for one, am so excited!
