President's Week vs. Spring Break Difference in Crowd level?

I'm trying to decide whether we should go during President's week in February (18-23rd) or wait and go during Spring Break in March (25- 30th).

I have heard that President's week can get crowded esp. the weekend and Monday, but is it Spring Break crowded? We went last March for Spring Break and I could barely get there and back on I-75 it was so crowded! Would rather not do that again!

My vote by far would be president's day week. Sprink break crowds can last for many weeks and is really crowded at times.

according to touringplans the crowd levels are expected to be about the same--the days are either 7, 8 or 9 for both time periods.
