Prepurchased Tickets & On-site Resorts

I am a newbie here, we have an upcoming trip in 3 weeks to WDW. I purchased our tickets through UnderCover Tourist and received them in the mail. We are staying on-site but have to switch our resorts partially through the trip. Is there anyway that Disney can put our tickets onto our Key to the World Cards even if we are switching resorts?
