Have reservations for the Queen Victoria room. We've done the chef's table at Napa rose, but that was the only thing close to this experience. I read that either they call me ahead of time, or I'm supposed to call and confirm - I forget. What should be discussed then? My wife isn't picky, but there's some things she definitely does not like, like cheeses like blue cheese. Should I be making a list of all these things and share with them? I read a review of the restaurant like a month ago; by November 30 will the menu change?
