Premium View?

Hi, We have "a premium view"room booked at the DLH for the end of July. We have never stayed here and the room is booked for 7 nites on DVC points and 1 nite on cash. What should I ask for as a view?? Is it possible to see fireworks from this hotel?? Or a park view?? Thanks, Joan

I'd recommend a high floor Sierra Tower DTD view. You should be able to see fireworks and portions of the parks from these rooms.

Mary Jo has some nice sticky threads at the top of this board that can give you more info about the DL hotel. You might try the one entitled "Maps and Aerial Shots of Disneyland...". Within that, you might try the "Aerial Shot of the Disneyland Resort with labels". If you can zoom in on this shot, you can see how the Sierra Tower looks towards DTD, DL, and DCA.

Sierra Tower - upper floor -- Downtown Disney view -- is the best bet for a view. You can see DTD and also the fireworks. It is closest to the parks/monorail and close to the pool area. Very well located.
