Premium,Preferred,or Full hook-up

They have the hoses there for "EMERGENCIES" such as a possible brush fire but they are also used by the staff to clean the sites before the next person checks in. There is no hose fitting on the end, just a cut hose..

Thanks, I have been wondering about this for awhile:confused3. I knew it was not for use for camper hook ups, just could not imagine. But, that makes sense.;)

Thanks everyone for the clarification on the partial sites. You have made me much more comfortable that we will go ahead with our reservation. I would upgrade to another site but there is no availability. We certainly don't mind having the trailer on the "sand" ... where we usually camp, there is no concrete or pavement in site or sometimes in the entire campground! This will be our first time to WDW so we are thrilled to be staying at FW. I've just made reservations at the dog kennel. If all goes well and we are able to return, next time I will head for a higher level site than the partial. I'll put this down as newbie error! Thanks again!

Hi. I just wanted to let everyone know that we have now completed our trip to WDW and we had absolutely no problems in FW. Our rig (truck and trailer) fit no problem in the partial hook-up site we were assigned. It was a beautiful, large site on the outside of the loop. Lots of room on the "shells" for the trailer and lots of room on the pavement for the truck. We had no issue that our trailer was hard-sided with pop-out tent-sided beds (we call it a hybrid) and we saw other trailers that were much larger than your standard pop-up camper trailer. As for the dog, again, absolutely no issues. Once we arrived, we were told that the entire campground was dog-friendly. That being said, there are areas (beach, store, comfort station) that were clearly marked as no pets but that is standard. We had many wonderful walks around the campground with our dog through many different loops. When we went to one of the parks, we did doggie daycare at the campground kennel and we were very pleased with that too. The only thing that really leaves us perplexed about FW is that they do not have a dumping station ... but that is for another discussion. Thanks so much for all of your feedback that encouraged me to go ahead with our plans .. it was a fabulous vacation.
