Looking at going to Disney in Nov on the premium dining plan, if a room only pin code is offered, am I able to use that and add on the premium dining plan?

thanks

You are saying "premium dining plan". Do you mean the Premium Package, or are you specifically referring to a dining plan like the Delux Dining Plan or the Disney Dining plan.

If it means anything, with the current discounts,I don't see a way to have the premium package, but all the dining plans seem to be available.

I couldn't. booked Poly 7nights with 40% off best i could add was deluxe dining, so I did booke first night on premium plan so we don't have to pay oop for dinner shows ( Spirit of Aloha and Hoop Dee Doo) and the Cirque plus I'll fish 2 days end up saving $500.00. But the first two days will be verrrrrry busy

As far as I have heard the only the only discount that can be applied to a reservation with the Premium/Platinum plans is AAA. (Unless there is a specific Premium/Platinum code available -- very unusual). Now if you are talking about the Deluxe Dining Plan, you should be able add that to any discounted package in which you are also purchasing park tickets.

And also AFAIK, you cannot upgrade a free dining pin/code/offer to Premium or Platinum.

equinoxman: you are booking a 1 night premium and paying for 1 day base tickets. On your 2nd res, since you add dining, you are also paying for 1 day base tickets again.

I'd extend the initial ones, specially if you take tours and stuff inside the parks on arrival AND departure days. Make sure your 2nd rez is for 1 day base only...

Thanks, I am looking to do what equinoxman tried, put the 40% off room code, and book the platinum or preimum package. I guess though she tried and thats a no go. Thanks for all the infor...its going to be my 40th birthday this year, and I wanted to splurge.

Not sure what you mean Ressie1 Day1 is premium plan 1 day base ticket (Rack rate)
next ressie is for 7 nights with 8 day base ticket and deluxe dining 40% off rack on room.

Sounds like you are trying to put premium plan on with room discount, if so disney will not allow it. Premium has to be at rack rate, only discount allowed is if AAA books for you on Premium
