Prem Ann Pass Renewal????

Hi all,

We have PAP which are due for renewal in May 06.

We are not going again until Dec 06 and intend using PAP to get discounted room rates.

Qu? Do I have to renew on line in May, or can I renew or buy new passes in say October on line to get the room discounts ?

If you renew then it is valid immediately from the date of the previous expiry. If you are not going again for over 6 months then it may not be worth wasting the 6 months. Best bet is buy a PAP when you feel like it and as long as you activate it whilst at WDW on your first day can get AP room rates, it is then valid for 12 full months. A voucher will be sent, to exchange at WDW for the activated pass, and its number can be given if necessary for anything such as if ordering a Disney Dining Experience Card

There is a discount for renewing an AP before the expiry date. you would need to weigh up whether this is worth it to you or whether there is more benefit in holding off buying the pass until nearer your next trip. You only need the pass activated just before you check in, you can book AP room rates before you buy your new pass.
