yep doesn't Disney know I have to plan at least 60 days before my 180 days to get it right and then tweak it after the 180 day mark.

I was excited until I saw that according to easywdw, josh says four out of my seven days are dead wrong doh!!! I thought I did a good job.....some other sites are more in agreement with my original ideas, but it's time for some retooling none the less.

I was in the same boat, we arrive on Halloween so we were able to see park hours and crowd calendar for that day about a month ago. It seemed like and extremely long month !!! Had to wait until today to get the rest of our plans together.

I have never planned using the crowd calendar but this year, we will have a 1-year old so I think I'm going to rearrange my park days according to Josh's recommendations.

I'll tell you what it seems like they change the park hours so much at such late dates that I'm actually basing my plans on last years park hours to begin with and then I'll tweak them all the way up til the time of the trip as changes occur. I'm not putting much stock in whatever park hours they release initially!

I've been desparate to see the November hours, excited to conquer my planning. But now they are out and I have stage fright! Where do I start!!!!??

I would certainly keep that in mind as the dates get closer. Last year we booked several ADR's for what we thought was before the park opened, then they changed the opening hours to an earlier time.
