You will have a great time. Having done Soarin' in DL my guess is that you will be able to go on that. The actual seats move very little and rather smooth to complete the flying illusion - however - beware if you have nausea. You have a little "elevator stomach" and they spray scents into the air... ie: citrus smell when you are going over orange groves etc. I know smell was a big pregnacy issue for me!
As the previous posts state there will be plenty you should not go on - but there are so many wonderful things to do that are not thrill rides - or even rides for that matter. For example: Plan a day to really explore all the nooks and crannies of World Showcase...
Like catch the woman in Japan that makes animals out of candy, her name is Miyuki, she stands in front of the Mitsukoshi building. If you get there about 10 or 15 minutes before she is scheduled to arrive and hang out right in front of her booth, you will be sure to get a free "lollipop". She's amazing and worth the wait to watch her do this. Check out the tin toy museum in the way back - pretty cool.
Enter and enjoy browsing the shops inside the pavilion while enjoying the AC - set up like an outdoor market - while there go the back and do the ride - not exactly a thrill ride (so this one will be fine, with no wait)
Catch The British Invasion in Britian. A Beatle knock off band that are a blast! They perform in the Gazebo in the back in the afternoons.
In Germany: Stick around for the top of the hour. If you stand facing the Cuckoo Clock, it chimes and the characters on the clock come out. Train garden is fun to peek at, Oktoberfest dinner show held inside the Biergarten.
Grab a table in St Marco's square in Italy and enjoy a beverage...after 5 minutes you'll believe you're actually there! Live performers will gather and put on a play right in front of you.
Check the entertainment schedule they hand out with the maps for times of appearences so you can plan your day. And it goes without saying that you can snack as you go! Norway bakery counter service rice cream, cinnamon rolls , Bakery in France good ham and cheese croissants, Canada: Trapper Bob's Beavertails are fried dough like a beaver's tail. They come with your choice of many toppings: apples and cinnamon etc.
It took me years to take the time to "discover" all of these things...and now I never miss them. They are truley part of what makes the magic.
Good Luck - Have fun
