I just phoned and spoke to a CM who informed me that the preferred viewing area for Wishes was sold out for the duration of my stay :( I managed to get Illuminations for our penultimate night.

Can anyone recommend a good spot to view Wishes? DD can't cope with throngs of people, so somewhere quiet would be good. I tried to book Ohana but it is sold out. I am considering the Grand Floridian Cafe as Cali Grill is not available on 7th / 8th November, which is when we want.

Any suggestions would be welcome.:)

How about the beach at the poly, ok o music but great views and you may get to see the water parade

That sounds good. Is there somewhere to get a drink there? Also, any idea what time the water pageant is? Can't find the details.

Trouble is wishes is only on a couple of times a week (Mon, wed, sat) when we are there. It will be packed on those evenings.

Poly beach is a good suggestion - you can get a drink at captain cooks QS there.

Allears has the electric water pageant times as just after 9pm wishes from the poly.

Keep trying for adr's. I picked up Ohana dinner for our last night yesterday - had been checking a few times a day.

Well done for getting Ohana. :thumbsup2 I will keep checking but will have the Poly beach as back up.

I'm going to suggest you keep calling about the preferred viewing too. Although folk are a little more slack about cancelling than they are with ADRs, you can also take your vouchers from your pack and go try at Guest Services early in the evening or late afternoon the night of the fireworks if you are at MK then - or even get your front desk to call and find out
