Preferred Rate at CBR ?

When will the preferred rate at Mods. and Values take effect? we might have to stay there and we need to know !

Already in effect at All Star. 2004 for CBR, don't know if they are also doing it at the other moderates.

Preferred buildings at CBR are Trinidad North and Martinique. This starts Jan. 2004.

Hi -

I have a question about the preferred rates, if this has already been asked I apologize.

If you book a preferred room at the higher rate, will you be guaranteed to get it? For example, last time at CBR I requested Trinidad North and was lucky enough to get my request. If I booked this with the new preferred rate, will this be a guarantee that I will be in this building?

As far as I know the answer is YES. You are no longer making a request you are paying for a preferred building location. It would be like paying for a water view.
