prefered/ BOardwalk view the same for BWV?

I didn't see a Boardwalk View for studios on the points calculator here on the Dis.... is there a difference in points over a preferred view? Thanks again for all your help!

No difference in points...just a matter if you are able to secure the Boardwalk view when you make your ressie...
