Pre-Trip Report

I understand the boat that you and DH are in. I'm a full time Youth and Family Minister with an obsession for Disney! Love the report so far and looking forward to more!:thumbsup2

Hey! It's nice to see someone on here working for the same cause!:thumbsup2 Our youth group keeps us very busy. I will be posting more soon! Thanks for joining!!!:yay:

Ok --I know it has been a while since I have posted. DH has been sick for a while and even had to have Upper GI and other tests. Good news though, he came out clear and only has acid reflux. :yay: I have some pictures for ya now!
This is the picture of the my first skirt:

Here are some of the Tinkerbell gifts I have put away. I also have small black bags personalized with their names. There is no way all of this will fit in there! I think I'm going to take stockings too for some of this to go in. I'm still waiting on stuffed minnie and mickey. And keeping an eye out for lanyards.

Next week my "books" are supposed to come in. I'm doing autograph books for DD and DS. I have a lot of Disney scrapbooking stuff and I'm going to make them so we can keep their character pictures with their autographs.

Wow! I'm impressed! We're doing the Tinkerbell stocking idea too!:thumbsup2 I need to get more for my son! It's alot easier stocking up on Princess and Tinkerbell stuff than boy stuff. It's so much fun!

Oooh! I love the crafts! How did you get the names on your shirts? I keep debating about whether or not I want to do that for the kids. You did a great job on the shirts! I was debating on using the glue method to do our dyeable shirts, but DH nixed that idea. We are doing spiral tie-dyes instead!

I'm sorry to hear DH was sick, but glad it's just acid reflux. That's something managable at least!

WOW! You are so crafty. The outfits are GREAT! I love all that loot too, your kids are going to be so excited:goodvibes

I can't take credit for those. I purchased those off ebay:love: I can pm you with their IDs if you want them. Thanks. Yes, DH is having a hard time dealing with the reflux. We're learning how to manage it, but it's not easy for him:sick: :confused3

I'm such a cheapie that I don't want to get shirts with names so DS2 can wear DS1's shirt down the road. ;)

My DS2 had reflux as an infant. It sucked! Is DH on meds? Prevacid was a godsend for us!

Yep He's on Prevacid:thumbsup2 I know it must have been rough to have a baby with reflux!:scared:
I don't blame you on the shirts, but it's my latest obsession (bidding). I need to stop!

Ok I know it has been a while since I have been on. Good news and bad. The good- DH is feeling better. He has changed his eating habits and feels great! The bad- my computer needs repairs and will be mailed off today or tommorrow. I won't be able to be on for at least a week. :( But stay tuned!! I will have more posted on my pre trippie next week! My trip is getting closer and I can't wait!!

Looks like the computer will be here tomorrow. Two weeks without one has made it hard to plan for Disney. 12 days until! Yay!! I started putting my disney stuff into ziplock gallon bags last nite. I have stockings with the kids names on them full of pooh and princess stuff. I also have bags with their names and lanyards for each of them. I have to get busy with my customs though. I want to do 3 overalls for dd, one for ds, and 1 pair of jeans for each. I also have 2 overall dresses I'm going to do something with. (Minnie, Mickey, Christmas and Princess). Since I have also received my travel packets and payed the remaining. I will be looking for luggage as well. I guess two bags for each makes 8! I'm not sure I have that many:confused3
I'll be in Disney in less than two weeks!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes I am thankful on this thanksgiving for finally getting my computer back! But mostly thankful for God blessing me in so many ways. I can't even begin. I will be shopping from midnight until lunch time tomorrow, but when I get rested I promised to post more details of my plans.
Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!
God Bless
:)

Sounds like you have been busy, even without a computer! I hope we get to see those customs before you go! Without a girl, I have to live vicariously through everyone else!

Okay, I went to dmoms yesterday and sewed all day. I have some really cute customs!! We made matching christmas overalls for the kids for mvmcp. And disney princess overall dress for dd. DD also got minnie jeans. Very cute. I will share pics and soon as I get the kids to pose! I got out the luggage and have two for each of us. DD has princess case and DS has cars. I have their tinkerbell gifts and stockings ready! My disney fund piggy bank is full and ready to be spent and the countdown chain reads 7 days until Disney World trip. Disney here we come! I'm starting to wonder if the weather will be good enough to swim or go to the waterpark. I didn't purchase a ticket, but might consider it on the last day. Looks like the first few day are going to be warm!
