Pre-trip report:What? We're going back again?Wohoo

Me : 17 year old girl (going on 18 J) Crazy for Disney!
Been going to WDW wtill I was 9. Switched vacations to DLR since I was 10, and have been going since. Don’t know when Ill ever go back to WDW lol its been like 9 years :S
Dsis : 12 year old girl who thinks shes ‘grown up’. Not as disney crazy as I am, but still its fun to go on the ride with her.

Dmom : 45 years old, has been going to disney since she married my dad in 1984, and fell in love with eating at Farmers Market at Bugs Land. (we always do lunch there)
Ddad : 46 years old, likes disney, but has more fun watching us enjoy Disney. He wouldn’t ever go solo. Lol

By the way, we are from Puerto Rico, and people think we are crazy that we don’t go anywhere else on vacation, except to Disney. Theyre the ones who are crazy! Lol



Why am I the one writing this you ask? Well, im the one who came up with the idea of a short family trip before thanksgiving. I was at school, September 26, drawing Winnie the pooh, and suddenly I just felt hat we SHOULD go to disney, SOON. That day I told my dad if he could head to disney for 5 days in November (over thanksgiving recess), and he said ok. It was easy as pie! First, he called the airline, and then the bomb came. There were no flights available. I should have known this was too good to be true. (we also go during the summer for two weeks, and weve never been during the holiday), bummer. Ok, just keep calling everyday dad. Sure honey!
Well, a week later, still no flights available. A couple of days later, my dad called again, with my crossing my finger, and guess what? We found flights! They weren’t very pretty though. We would be leaving the 15th and arriving at LAX at midnight. No way! But still, we booked those flights just to have something to hold on to. Another week passed, and I was still praying we could find more comfortable flights. We did! My dad got the brilliant idea! Why don’t we fly to miami the night of the 14th? Then fly out the next morning? Well, we indeed found a flight on the 14th arriving at miami at 7pm, and leaving the 15th at 8am, and arriving in orange county, (NOT LAX) at 12;25. That was so awesome! So, he booked it! Now, it started to seem real. My dream was coming true! We would finally be going to disney during the holidays. Now, we had to book the hotel. We booked five nights at Anaheim fairfield Inn, which is walking distance. That was great!at the same time we booked the car through Hertz. We’re all set! We have AP’s so we don’t have to buy any tickets! I cant believe this is really happening! And whats better, were going back again in June 2008, and this time for two weeks! Here is our itinerary so far:

Disneyland Vacation November 14 -20, 2007

November 14: Take 5:30pm flight to Miami
Arrive at 7:20pm and check in at Hampton Inn
Eat dinner at Pollo Tropical.
November 15: Take 8AM flight to Dallas
Take 10AM Flight to Orange County (YAY)
Arrive at 12:25PM
Check in at Anaheim Fairfield Inn at 2PM
Go to DCA at 2:30PM until 6PM
Unpack
November 16: DLR morning
DCA afternoon/night
November 17: DLR morning
DCA for lunch
Go shopping.
Return to DCA at night.

November 18: DLR till midday
DCA till 4
Go back to hotel.
November 19: DLR morning
DCA till 3
Mall
Rest
DCA at 7 till closing
November 20: Take 6AM flight back home L

Wow, that's cool. I wish I could organise a Disney trip in such short notice...
