Pre trip report...our itinerary

Hello all: I have 36 days as of the time I write this until I will be in WDW! I just thought I would quickly post our itinerary and see what you all think. The pre-trip planning always makes me nervous...LOL.

Saturday 3/19: ARRIVAL
Flight arrives at MCO at 5:30
Taking magic express to our resorts (I'm staying at Caribbean beach resort and the brother and his family are staying at all star resort)
8:30 Dinner at Raglan Rd.

Sunday 3/20: EPCOT with brother's family
9:40 FP turtle talk
10:45FP Spaceship earth
11:45FP Test Track
1:15 Lunch at Coral Reef
9pm Illuminations (may try to get fastpasses...haven't decided yet)
*the afternoon/evening are pretty much to explore the rest of epcot or park hop

Monday 3/21: STUDIOS with the brother's family
9:10am FP star tours
10:15am FP Toy Story
11:20am FP Tower of Terror
12:20pm Lunch at 50s prime time cafe
2pm Beauty and the Beast
3pm Indiana Jones
4pm Lights motors action
8:30pm Fantasmic
end the night with star wars fireworks

Tuesday 3/22: Magic Kingdom with my brother's family (Niece's Birthday)
9:15am FP Big thunder mountain
10:15am FP Splash Mountain
11:20am Brunch at Chef Mickey's at contemporary
12:10am FP 7 dwarves mine train
3pm Parade
8:45pm Celebrate the magic

Wednesday 3/23: Animal Kingdom with brother's family
9:20am FP Expedition everest
10:20am FP Kilimanjaro safari
11:30am FP Festival of the lion king
1:05pm Lunch Tusker House

9:20pm Ice cream at Beaches and Cream

Thursday 3/24: My SOLO day!
8:30am KEYS TO THE KINGDOM Tour (I have wanted to do this for YEARS)
head over to epcot after tour
3:15pm FP Test Track
4:20pm FP Disney pals Meet and greet (yes I'm a 38 year old guy and like characters)
5:40pm FP Journey into Imagination
6:10pm Dinner Via Napoli

Friday 3/24: Universal with friends...not really planned out

Saturday 3/25:
Check out of hotels :(
Play in parks until it is time to catch magic express
fly home :(

Now that I have it all written out it seems like we are really going to be running...LOL...what do you all think?
 
Hi. A couple of thoughts:
  • Epcot is my favorite park and I have seen Illuminations many times from many locations. I don't understand what you would need a fast pass for? Don't overthink that one.
  • I think you are cutting it way too close with your brunch and 7DMT on 3/22
  • Without knowing kids ages or family dynamics - hard to evaluate. Make sure you are looking at maps and discussing with brother about the pace of your FP schedule.
