Pre Trip Report for April..What do you think?

Party of 9 staying at Windsor Hills 12/4 - 26/4
DW, DD (5), DS (8mths), both sets of parents and brother in law.
So the age ranges from 8mths - 62years young.....

Sat -Fly TCD To Sanford
Sun - MK, ADR for Crystal Palace for lunch
Mon - Epcot. ADR Breakfast at Norway
Tues - am TL for DW, BIL and myself.
Tues - pm ADR CRT 6.50, then spectromagic and wishes
Wed -Disney Studio's
Thurs -am, AK, PM Going to epcot for chippy tea and illuminations
Fri -Noon, Alice tea party for DD, Pm Fantasmic @ Disney Studios
Sat - Shopping Day - Downtown Disney Evening
Sun - PM MK.
Mon - BB for all the party, Evening Bahama Breeze (Int Drive) for a meal
Tues - Free morning, PM Epcot
Wed - Free morning, PM P&P Party, DD, DW booked at BBB @ 4.20
Thurs - AM free, PM AK for parade
Fri - Am MAry Poppins breakfast, PM for last day is going for group vote.
Sat - Shopping, then fly home at night.

I have a much more detailed plan, that will be flexible. But if you do not plan before, you end up coming home before you do anything. If you plan to do it but don't get chance you will have had a good time trying to do it.

Looks okay to me, I personally wouldn't want to leave off Universal but that's the thing about our plans, we all have different views.

To be honest we just tend to plan the first 2 or 3 days, with a fussy son we have learnt that if we do make firm plans they often have to be changed.

I make similar plans, even have it on a spreadsheet. This worked well for us last year,we were flexible with it & it did alter quite a bit the 2nd week (we got a little tired). I've made one for this year too. We tend to do Epcot in 2 halves ie FW am then WS evening. If we do it all in one day, we like to lunch at the Garden Grill, to have a chance to relax a little. Happy planning.

I have a spreadsheet that goes 7am - 7pm, for each day of the holiday.
This list all the adr's I have booked and where we plan to be at each part of the day.
I have another sheet with all the attactions for each park and we will tick them off when we do them.

I speak to lots of people who go to WDW and you ask them if they enjoyed Soarin or Philimagic and they have never heard of them.

Can't wait....
