Pre-trip anxiety? Anyone else?

Anyone ever start second guessing yourself before your trip? I am leaving in about 25 days and now I am wondering if I should have booked a longer trip, bought different tickets than the MYW, made some PS's, booked the right towncar company, etc. I usually don't have this problem before leaving for WDW. I am usually so excited that it consumes me but this time around I seem to be thinking I might have goofed up. Maybe it is because I am used to going for at least a week and this time we fly out on Sat and fly home on Thurs. Please tell me I'm not the only one. I considered adding on but with US Air it would cost $100 per ticket (x 4 = $400) :scared1: I know I should stop worrying. Even a couple of days in WDW :sunny: sure beats a couple of days in NH in winter :cold: I am off to reason with myself now. Hey. . . I did think of something. Usually, we have a 4-day PH and then we go to Sea World so this time I did buy a 6-day MYW and we will spend all the time we want in the parks so we are actually getting MORE time at WDW and not less. :teeth: Right?

Yes, yes, yes, yes, I did second guess my trip. We came back a few days ago.

Well, I originally scheduled our trip with the USairways for 6 nights. Then, unfortunately, I decided to extend it. And yes, I paid that penalty times 5 people == $500. We did it. ANd it was worth it. We got some rest days out of our latter decision.

I only have anxiety, before it is paid for. We did not get slammed with taxes this year, so I have the $$, once i get paid next week, without charging anything. YEAH!!

Once it is paid for, and if they EVER post April's hours, I can start enjoying.

I've got massive anxiety over whether we'll be able to go or not!!! The weather is cooperating...no blizzards in the forecast...BUT...sickness is sweeping the land Down East! :sad2:

Our 3 1/2 year old was acting a bit off this afternoon...and he mentioned his throat "felt funny" :badpc: Aarrrrrgh! Puh-leeeeeze don't get sick! We leave on Friday AM...and if he gets sick...or he gives it to our 11 week old...

Ouch.

It would REALLY suck to not go...

I was great until DS15 broke his ankle last week...now its like replanning everything all over again but not enough time to do it :( We are all just getting over flu's and colds so we should be OK in that regard, lol. Hopefully, the weather will cooperate on flight day. And I know if I forget anything, Walmart is around the corner :)

I think we look forward to our vacations so much and want them to be just perfect. I second guess stuff too, and then you have to decide stuff with the whole family... last year we went Thursday to Thursday for two weeks and I really regretted not adding on the weekend. This year we go Wed to Sun- one and a half weeks, and I feel good about that. Coming back on Sunday you know it is time to get back to reality.
I am still trying to convince DH to do a character meal!

We drive down to WDW at that stresses me out considerably. Twelve hours on the road. I have seen horrible, fatal accidents, trucks running off the road, ice storms, roads closed, 2 hour sit stills behind accidents, etc. I wish we would fly but my wife will not do it. The flight stresses her as much as the drive stresses me. I usually cannot get relaxed until the 3rd day of my trip!
