i personally like them they kind of make me feel like the ride is a short movie, it is one of the things i like about disney, how about you guys?

Anything to make the line seem like less of a wait. :hourglass :goodvibes Yes, I enjoy them, too.

To me, the pre-show is part of the attraction in that it helps sell the "story".

the best pre show, imho, is the one prior to indiana jones..........

Indeed.... But when youve been to Disney numerous times you already know what the pre-show is all about, word for word ;)

Generally I like the pre-shows, but after watching the Aerosmith limo ride story for the 10th time prior to RnR, it did become a little grating.

On the contrary, every time I watched the pre-show for TOT, I got chills. Scary stuff!

That's funny, because I'm not a big Aerosmith fan, never really was, yet I love that preshow. There's just something exciting about that "make that a super stretch" that gets me all giddy!

TOT preshow is the very best in all of WDW IMHO. :thumbsup2

I definately prefer a pre-show for 7 minutes rather than having a 7 minute longer line for the attraction...but you're right...after seeing the pre-show 10 times it get memorized and looses something. Maybe they should make 3 or 4 different pre-shows, all with basically the same thing in them to set up the ride, but allow a little variety, and play them randomly.

Then again, there are some rides where the pre-show is so specific (RnR) that it would be hard to do, and the differences in the preshows would be so small that it wouldnt be worth doing.

I like the pre-shows. I mean, you're going to be waiting anyway. Sis and I have fun mouthing the words to each other since we obviously know them all by heart.
What I don't like is the mob of people that pushes and shoves and runs over you throughout the show to try to get to the door and be the first ones out.
