That's funny, because I'm not a big Aerosmith fan, never really was, yet I love that preshow. There's just something exciting about that "make that a super stretch" that gets me all giddy!
I definately prefer a pre-show for 7 minutes rather than having a 7 minute longer line for the attraction...but you're right...after seeing the pre-show 10 times it get memorized and looses something. Maybe they should make 3 or 4 different pre-shows, all with basically the same thing in them to set up the ride, but allow a little variety, and play them randomly.
Then again, there are some rides where the pre-show is so specific (RnR) that it would be hard to do, and the differences in the preshows would be so small that it wouldnt be worth doing.
I like the pre-shows. I mean, you're going to be waiting anyway. Sis and I have fun mouthing the words to each other since we obviously know them all by heart.
What I don't like is the mob of people that pushes and shoves and runs over you throughout the show to try to get to the door and be the first ones out.
