Pre purchased Photopass CD

Hi everyone
I am confused I thought I read online that the prepurchase photopass cd let's you download your own pics from your cameras memory card? I called disney and he read the info off the website(I did this already). He says I can order another archive cd, I don't want to waste my money and possibly lose a cd. I want to purchase this too save money but also want to download my pics.
Can someone help if they have already ordered this prepurchased cd?
I leave in approx 5 weeks and am trying to finish up loose ends any help would be greatly appreciated.

The pre order is for the photopass photos only. If you want to put your how photos, you will have to upload them to the photopass site and will have to pay for another kind of cd called Archives. U can't put your own and photopass photos on the same cd. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the info that is what I was afraid of. I guess I will just have to keep them on memory cards until home. There is no sense in paying for a cd when I can download them when I get home.

Ok so I just booked the pre purchase photo pass. I got a deal $50 off only paid $99.99 for cd. figured that the extra $49 was a waste for a souvenir book. I plan on going shopping at the outlet malls and getting some deals, it worked last time!!
