Pre-paid ADRs?

I know that CRT is a pre-paid meal, but was wondering if any of the other restaurants are pre-paid as well? We are not using the dining plan this time since we are not staying onsite this time

So when I finally get a chance to make ADR's, I don't want to be surprised by having to pay in advance.

Hoop Dee Doo revue is pre-paid.

The Spirit of Aloha luau might be as well.

I'm not sure about others.
