Pre-ordering Photopass CD

On my last trip to WDW I received an offer to get a customized Photopass card and pre-order the CD at a much reduced price. I would love to pre-order the CD again if there is a discount but am not sure if I can and if so how to do it.

Any help is always appreciated.
