Pre-order meals for BOG

I was trying to do a screen shot but I can't figure out how to do it on my Chromebook.

My confirmation has right under the confirmation the date that you can pre-order your meal.

Ordering link from MDE app on IPad

No ordering link from MDE app on iPhone

Ordering link from MDE *website* in Safari on iPhone.

Short version, if my phone works in the park I should be able to order a couple of hours beforehand via logging into the Disney site on my phone's browser.
