Pre-Disneyana Mystery Events

As most people know, Disney has..............

decided to reduce the number of days they Disneyana Convention (now called Offical Disneyana Mystery) will be held this year.

There are several of us who would still like to make it a week long affair so we are trying to plan some pre-convention fun. SgtSlovak and I have discussed the possiblity of having a dinner at Boma's on Sunday evening (August 18th) followed by a pin meet in the Animal Kingdom Lodge lobby and on Monday evening (August 19th) a trip to Pleasure Island highlighted by the Comedy Warehouse and Adventurers Club. Any comments on these plans will be greatly appreciated. When the event gets closer we will be asking for a head count so that we can make reservations as necessary.

I also know that JudySue has an event in the planning for Tuesday evening and SGKoss for Wednesday evening but, you will be hearing from them soon.

Well I will be there all week. I'll be busy during the day but would love to join everyone for some of the evening activities. Keep me posted.

Hey all. I thought we were going to do La Nouba on Monday. They do not have performances on Tuesday or Wednesday. They have shows at 6 pm and 9 pm and prices are $67 per person. The sooner we make the reservation, the better our tickets will be so I would like us to make this decision soon. I can only give one credit card to the reservationist so everyone can paypal me their money, I'm happy (my paypal account doesn't take credit card payments) or send me a check.

We're about 4 months away right now and the tickets sell out so let's not wait too much longer.

We'll also be arriving on Tuesday, 8/20 and would like to be included on your mailing list. I have decided not to attend the convention since I am bringing my Mom. I'm not sure she could keep up, and that's just too much money to waste if we don't get to do the events.

The part I would miss the most is the people, but since we are still coming during that time, I'm hoping we can join in some of the extra-curricular activities.

We will be staying at the Beach Club Villas.

My parents will be there early enough to do the extra activities, but IF I'm able to come I won't be there until Wednesday night (flying in on the last flight). I'm still waiting on a definite answer from TDS...I'm getting a little concerned

I will be doing my Disney 5th Annual Animation event from August 18 - 24.

I am not sure what I am going to do about the Disneyana Convention.
