Pre-Cruise Shoreside Concierge

Happy Saturday!

We will be cruising on September 23. I know to submit the email request at midnight EST on May 16. I have been working on my list of requests.

What I am not sure about is when to send an email asking for information so we can make our requests. I know I should receive an email from shoreside concierge, but I don't know when that will be. Should I wait until I get that email before asking for information?

You will hear from shoreside concierge services a week or so before (my last cruise was 5 days before). You can email them for some scheduling details beforehand like palo's and tastings to help with your selection.
