So sorry for your loss, I'm sure she was a wonderful person. I was lucky to have grown up with a family friend with Down's. She spent sunday's with our family for many years but passed away almost a year ago. One of my brother's said it best "Sometimes you wonder if people went to heaven or not. In Judy's case there is no question." I'm sure the same can be said for your Trish.
