Hi Kathi, you have come to the right place. Regarding breast cancer, here on the DIS Community Board you will find a shoulder to cry on, an ear to bend and lots of hugs and hand holding along the way.

My mom was diagnosed this past February with aggressive breast cancer. She just finish her last chemo on July 31 and will begin radiation in a few weeks. It has not been easy, nor is it expected to be easy. BUT, it does get better. There are a few women here who can help tremendously (you all know who you are )

Just remember, it's not the best of times, but it definetly isn't the worst of times.

Stay strong and positive. (I'm PMing you also).

Groosch Kathi.....I'm very sorry that you're hav'in to deal with this.

But I wanted to tell you, that my Mother-in-law faced this fight and won...that was 3 years ago....my Mother, also some 14 years ago too pulled thur this...and you can/will too!

All I can say is to echo others here...be positive...don't focus on the fear of the unknown, rather, draw strenght from all those who know and love you.

Me and Mrs.G will keep you and your family in our thoughts and prayers as you make your way to your complete recovery......{{{{{HUGS}}}}} to you Kathi....you'll find alot of Love and Support here from many...whenever you need it.
