Prayers Please for my friend whose mom just passed from ALS

There are some really terrifying diseases out there and this can be counted among them. It steals your body and moves so quickly. It is a sad day for all of us.

I love this family and my heart bleeds for them. It has been a grueling ordeal and I am sure there is some level of relief but she was young and is not able to see her second grandchild who is due in two weeks.

I just lost my father to another horrific disease, Parkinson's, this past December, so this is very poignant for me.

My friend and her husband are the biggest Disney fans I know - yup, even more so than me - they would be thrilled to know that other Disney nuts send them their hugs and prayers at this time. THey are our Disney travel partners and we go together every year.

Of course prayers will be said. My aunt was just diagnosed with ALS, and we're just hoping she can be comfortable in the time she has left.
