Prayers please for DH

I have been on the disboard for many years (actually browsing since we bought dvc and registered months after that). Just recently I started to browse the Cope and Compassion thread.

My dh (48) recently had a heart attack (9/07) and apparently had a previous silent one before. He had a stent put in and was left with many other problems (heart damaged, leaky valve, low ef, ischemia, etc).

We just got home from another catherization and did not get good news. He will be going in for a triple (maybe quadruple) bypass on Thursday.

I believe in prayers and positive thoughts. Just asking for a prayer that all will be well and we can get through this.

My uncle had quadruple bypass surgery 15 years ago and came out fine. The medical technology has improved a lot since then- that makes me think the outcome will be positive for your DH (and my uncle was in terrible shape beforehand).

Sending prayers and good thoughts for your DH. I hope he comes out happy and as healthy as he can be!

Hugs and prayers for your DH......hang in there, they need to fix him and they will.. Try not to worry, pray and take care of him...
