This is so true. A fever can make a heart murmur sound much more pronounced. Please let her know this. Prayers are on the way!

Prayers and PD for your niece. My DH and DB both had heart murmurs they grew out of and always did just fine! Hopefully this is your niece's case as well. I will keep her and her family in my prayers.
