The drunk driver who hit me back in october finnally goes to court in the morning. this is the omnibus and pre trial hearing, we are only going to present the prosecutor with my medical bills and to be able to be there where judge can see what she has done first hand. Hoping all goes well and that we arent further discouraged by the turn outs of the day tommorrow. We are sposed to be in court by 9:30 am, and hopefully we'll have it all done then instead oif dragging it out all day. please say an extra prayer or two for us . i know its going to be a trying experiance,

thanks all, i know its just per t rial stuff not really much goingto happeen today, but i am really stressed that by taking this longto even get into court, thatmaybe the prosecutor wont have such an easy go of convicting her, then i go back and look at the evidence.. still just hoping that it all works out, shes realy put us through a lot and we are just praying she doesnt walk to be abler to do it to another famiy again. this was her 6th dui so we know shes not gointo stop,, unless she gets jail time.theprosecutor really has been greta hes got all trh operating room pictures of me and hes got this 1 inch thick folderwith just my medical bils,,i would feel better with a cpl more witnesses that wouldcome forward, but we ar e hoping thanks again and keep em coming i know i gonna need it totday
