Lots of prayers and pixie dust from here, I have been there and done that! My DH was laid off in the first weeks of December in both 2008 and 2009. It was rough, but we picked ourselves up and carried on. God truly gave us people when he took away our "things" and now we are so much stronger. DH is now in a new industry that he just loves!

Thanks Brandi....both families have so much faith and know all will be worked out the way its supposed too!

we had a bad winter in 2008-2009 when Jim didn't work for 4 months, so hard anytime to deal with that, but especially during the holidays.

happy your DH found his dream career and a bonus if it brings you all up here next year for the conference!
